How does the booking request work?

Are chauffeurs included?

Yes. Innove is built around chauffeured Sprinter service. Your driver coordinates pickup timing, curbside access, route changes, and guest movement.

Why are some dates unavailable?

Unavailable dates are already reserved or blocked for that vehicle. The calendar prevents selecting dates that cannot be booked.

Can we request amenities?

Yes. Add chilled drinks, florals, content lighting, airport meet requests, or other notes in the booking flow.

Can the route change during the trip?

Yes. For most itineraries, the chauffeur can coordinate practical route changes by text or call during service.
